It depends on where you purchased your tour:
- In-app purchase (iOS/Android): No redeem code needed—your tour should appear automatically. If not, log out and back in.
- Website purchase: Your redeem code is sent in a separate email (not the receipt). Check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder.
- Viator/TripAdvisor: Your redeem code is your booking reference number (shown under the barcode), and instructions are sent via message on your account.
