How you redeem your tour depends on where you purchased:
- In-app purchase (iOS/Android): No action needed—your tour should appear automatically in “My Stuff.” If not, log out and back in.
- Website purchase: Open the redeem email (separate from your receipt), follow the instructions, and enter your code in the app.
- Viator/TripAdvisor: Use your booking reference number as the redeem code and follow the instructions sent to your account messages.
