You can download the Shaka Guide app on another device and log in to your Shaka Guide account and you can then download your tour(s) on that other device.
Please note that you must log in to the Shaka Guide app with your correct account details to be able to download your tours
- If you created your account using Apple Sign in
- Go to the second device's Settings, log in your Apple ID
- Then go to the Shaka Guide app and use the Sign in with Apple option and download your tour(s)
- If you created your account using Google Sign in
- Go to the second device's Settings > Accounts
- Add the Google account you registered for your Shaka Guide account
- Open the Shaka Guide app and use the Sign in with Google option and download your tour(s)
- If you created your account using your email address + password
- Open the Shaka Guide app
- Use the Sign in with Email option and download your tour(s)
