I bought a tour from Get Your Guide but it's not showing up on the app

 
For tours purchased through Get Your Guide, users must follow the download steps listed in the Get Your Guide voucher. Download your Get Your Guide  voucher, follow the steps listed and use your redeem code on the Shaka Guide app to redeem your purchase and download your Shaka Guide tours.
