I used Shaka Guide before—why can’t I find my tours now?

Your past purchases are still in your account, but they’re tied to the login method you originally used (email, Apple, or Google). 


Each login is treated as a separate account, so your tours won’t appear if you’re logged into a different one.


To restore your tours:

  1. Open the Shaka Guide app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Log Out
  4. Log back in using the same method you used before
  5. Then check “My Stuff.”
  6. Download your tour(s) and enjoy!
