Why can’t I see my tour / how do I restore my purchase?

Your purchase is linked to the login method used at checkout (email, Apple, or Google). Each login method is treated as a separate account, so purchases won’t appear if you’re logged into a different one—even if the email looks the same.


To fix this:

  1. Open the Shaka Guide app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Log Out
  4. Log back in using the same method you used when purchasing
  5. Then check “My Stuff” for your tour(s).
  6. Download your tour(s) and enjoy! 


If you may have multiple accounts and want them merged, or still can’t find your purchase, contact us at aloha@shakaguide.com with your receipt and we’ll help.
