Your purchase is linked to the login method used at checkout (email, Apple, or Google). Each login method is treated as a separate account, so purchases won’t appear if you’re logged into a different one—even if the email looks the same.
To fix this:
- Open the Shaka Guide app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Log Out
- Log back in using the same method you used when purchasing
- Then check “My Stuff” for your tour(s).
- Download your tour(s) and enjoy!
