How to Log Out or Switch Accounts in the Shaka Guide App

If you don’t see your purchased Shaka Guide tours after signing in, don’t worry — your tours are still there! The most common reason this happens is because of how logins work in our system.


? Important: Our system treats each login method as a separate account, even if you used the same email address. Tours registered to one account will not show up if you sign in a different way.

  • If you bought your tour and signed up using Apple ID sign in, use the "Continue with Apple" option on the app.

  • If you bought tours and signed up using Google Sign-In, use the "Continue with Google" option on the app.

  • If you created an account using your email address and a, you’ll need to sign in using those same credentials.


How to Log Out of the App

  1. Tap on Support

  2. Tap on Account Settings

  3. Scroll down and tap Sign Out

  4. Tap Confirm


How to Log Back In


After signing out, choose the same method you originally used when you purchased your tour(s):

  • Email + Password

    1. Tap Sign in under “Already have an account

    2. Enter your email address and password

    3. Tap Sign In

  • Google Sign-In

    1. Tap Continue with Google

    2. Choose the Google account you used when you purchased your tour(s)

    3. Tap Sign In

  • Apple ID

    1. Tap Continue with Apple

    2. Log in to the Apple account you used to purchase your tour(s)

    3. Tap Sign In
