If your tour is stuck downloading, it’s usually due to a temporary app or connection issue.
Please try the steps below:
- Force close the Shaka Guide app (and any other open apps)
- Reopen the app and try downloading again
- If it’s still stuck, delete and reinstall the app from the App Store or Play Store
- Log back in and download your tour again
