Sorry you’re having trouble downloading your tour. This can sometimes happen after an app update or due to a temporary issue on the device.
Please try the steps below:
- Open the app and tap Support
- Tap Send Troubleshoot Report and include any error message you’re seeing
- Delete or uninstall the Shaka Guide app
- Reinstall the latest version from the App Store or Play Store
- Log back in and download your tour again
