How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, just follow these steps based on where you made your purchase:


If you bought through the App Store (iPhone/iPad):

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Log in to your Apple account.
  • Find your purchase and request a refund directly from the link in your App Store purchase.
    • Please note that in-app purchases are fully managed by the App Store. We have not been provided access to make changes to in-app purchases.


If you bought through the Google Play Store:

  • Go to play.google.com, Find your Purchases History
  • Locate your Shaka Guide tour purchase, and submit your refund request to Google.
    • Make sure you're logged into Google Play with the right Google account you purchased with.

You can also forward us the Play Store receipt Google sent you via email so we can help you request the refund. 


 If you purchased on our website:

Just email us your order receipt at aloha@shakaguide.com and we’ll take care of it.


Pro Tip: 

Shaka Guide tours never expire, so you can use them anytime and as often as you like. No rescheduling needed if the issue is just the date you want to do the tour.
