To request a refund, just follow these steps based on where you made your purchase:
? If you bought through the App Store (iPhone/iPad):
Apple handles all in-app refunds.
? Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
Log in, find your purchase, and request a refund directly there.
? If you bought through the Google Play Store:
Same drill, but with Google:
? Go to play.google.com, then select Order History, find your Shaka Guide purchase, and hit "Request a Refund."
Make sure you're logged into Google Play with the right Google account you purchased with.
? If you purchased on our website:
Just email us at aloha@shakaguide.com with your order receipt and we’ll take care of it.
