If you've purchased tours before, you just need to download the Shaka Guide app and log in with your email and password. You can restore your purchases once you are able to log in.
If you are having trouble, kindly email us a copy of your Shaka Guide tour purchase receipt at aloha@shakaguide.com and provide us with the following information:
- Which tour or tours did you buy?
- What kind of phone were you using when you bought your tour or tours?
- Did you buy your Shaka Guide tours from our app, from our website, or from one of our partners like TripAdvisor, Viator, etc.?
