Sometimes this happens on some phone models if there has been an issue or error when updating the app to the latest version. Please follow the steps below:
- Exit out of the tour, and go the “Support” section on the Shaka Guide app
- After clicking on "Support", click on “Give Feedback”.
- Please provide as much detail as you can share about the issue you are experiencing and any error message you may be getting from the app and then hit the “Send” button
- Delete or uninstall the Shaka Guide app and download the latest version available on the App Store or Play Store
- Log in to the app and redownload your tours.
