Sequoia National Park is located in the southern Sierra Nevada mountains in eastern California. Adjacent to Kings Canyon National Park, it forms part of the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks complex. The park is approximately 200 miles north of Los Angeles and about 275 miles southeast of San Francisco. It takes about 3 hours and 45 minutes to get to Sequoia from LA and about 4 hours and 15 minutes from San Francisco.
