How to Upgrade or Download the New Shaka Guide App

To keep exploring hassle-free, you’ll need to switch over to the new app. Don’t worry, it’s easy! Here’s how:

Step 1: Say Goodbye to the Old App ?

Before you grab the new version, it’s best to clear some space and remove the old app.

1. Open your phone’s Settings and find Apps (or just long-press the Shaka Guide app icon).
2. Tap Uninstall to remove the old version—trust us, you won’t need it anymore!

Step 2: Download the New Shaka Guide App ?

Now for the fun part—getting the latest and greatest version!

1. Head to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Search for Shaka Guide
3. Look for our Shaka Guide GPS Audio Driving Tours
4. Tap Download (or Install) and let your phone do its thing.

Step 3: Login & Reclaim Your Tours ?️

1. Open the new app and log in with your existing account—your adventures are still here waiting for you!
2. Download your previously purchased tours (don’t worry, they’re safe and sound!).
3. You’re all set—time to hit the road! ?

Important!

Once you have installed the new app, you will be asked to log in. 
Make sure you log in to the same account you created when you purchased your Shaka Guide tour(s) either through Apple ID sign in, Google sign in, or email + password. 
Logging in a different way than how you initially created your account would cause our system to create a new account for you that is not connected to your previous account or purchase(s).
